Description: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), is a complex disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that can't be explained by any underlying medical condition.

Symptoms: Persistent fatigue, post-exertional malaise, unrefreshing sleep, cognitive impairments, muscle pain, and headaches.

Treatments: There is no cure, but treatments focus on symptom relief, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), graded exercise therapy (GET), pain management, and sleep therapy.
